Pre-booking will allow us to safely porter, plan and facilitate visitation. We request bookings to be made 24 hours in advance. To book online, please follow this link: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sjvisits.youcanbook.me\/\"><b>https:\/\/sjvisits.youcanbook.me\/<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outdoor General Visitation is permitted in the immediate area of the home: this includes Lamoureux Park and\/or other outdoor areas within the immediate area.\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are requesting that groups larger than five (5) use Lamoureux Park, as outdoor on-site space is limited.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outdoor General Visitation is open 7 days\/week from 1030 &#8211; 1830.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All general visitors need to enter SJCCC to be actively screened prior to visiting with the resident\/patient. You must enter at the front entrance of the building to do so (this includes all pre-registered visitors)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Food and\/or drink is not permitted during Outdoor General Visitation at this time. Residents\/patients should be encouraged to wear a mask for the duration of their visit, as tolerated.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">General visitors are responsible for signing out the resident\/patient at the beginning of their visit and signing the resident\/patient in upon their return to SJCCC.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">General visitors are responsible for the wellbeing of the resident\/patient while on their scheduled outdoor general visit. If at any time the resident\/patient becomes unwell during your visit, please return them to the Centre immediately or call 911 in case of an emergency.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All General Visitation is suspended when a resident\/patient is in isolation or the Home\/Unit area is on an outbreak.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you and the resident\/patient that you are visiting is fully vaccinated you may:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Choose to have close physical contact and touch (e.g hugging, holding hands) beyond what is required for care and supervision.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must have your medical mask and practice regular hand hygiene at all times.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you and the resident\/patient that you are visiting is partially\/non vaccinated you may:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participate in a brief hug and physical distance at all other times.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must wear your medical mask and practice regular hand hygiene at all times.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Please note:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Outdoor General Visitation is booked on a first-come-first-serve basis. When possible, please coordinate with other family members\/friends who plan to visit your loved one to ensure everyone is allotted their time. Visitations that are double-booked will need to be rescheduled. Weather will be monitored and your visitation may have to be rescheduled.
