ADMINISTRATION REPORT<\/u><\/strong><\/span>
\nMrs. Lafrance-Allaire\u2019s report included: Hospital Service Accountability Agreement (HSAA) Article 8 <\/em>re Form of Compliance Declaration <\/em>(approved), Good News (There has been a complete transformation in the Quinn House courtyard. Residents are there during the morning, afternoon and night.) and Census Data. Also discussed:<\/p>\n

Remote Care Monitoring (RCM)<\/u> \u2013 The RCM pilot project is in the process of being launched. This program will provide support and allow a smooth transition for patients who are being discharged from Hotel Dieu Hospital (HDH) to home.<\/p>\n

Policies to Review<\/u>
\nBoard of Directors policy #2-a-25 re Governance Committee <\/em>and Board of Directors policy #2-a-4 re Board of Directors Conflict of Interest Disclosure <\/em>were approved as presented.<\/p>\n

ETHICS AND MISSION COMMITTEE<\/u><\/strong><\/span>
\nEthical Guidance and Tools for People Working in Long-Term Care (LTC)<\/u> \u2013 Briefly discussed.<\/p>\n

COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING, FINANCE AND PERSONNEL RELATIONS COMMITTEE (CPFPRC)<\/u><\/strong><\/span>
\nFinancial Statements<\/u><\/em> \u2013 The statements were reviewed. The Board of Directors approved the Financial Statements for the period ended 30 April 2020 & 31 May 2020 <\/em>as presented.<\/p>\n

Management Fiduciary Statement<\/u><\/em> \u2013 The Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, RSO 1990 (COVID 19)<\/em> is on the Management Fiduciary Statement<\/em> temporarily during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Board of Directors approved the Management Fiduciary Statements for April 2020 and May 2020.<\/em><\/p>\n

AUXILIARY REPORT<\/u><\/strong><\/span> \u2013 The Auxiliary is hoping to hold a virtual meeting in the next few weeks.<\/p>\n

EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES<\/u><\/strong><\/span> \u2013 The Governance Educational Opportunities were circulated to the Board of Directors for information.<\/p>\n

ANNUAL WORKPLAN<\/u><\/strong><\/span> \u2013 The July workplan schedule was reviewed.<\/p>\n
