CHAIRPERSON\u2019S REPORT<\/u><\/strong><\/span>
\nMr. Desnoyers, Chairperson, has enrolled himself in multiple virtual sessions for hospital Board Chairs. The topics of the sessions surround Governing in Disruptive Times.<\/em> Mr. Desnoyers shares a verbal summary of each session with the Directors.<\/p>\n

ADMINISTRATION REPORT<\/u><\/strong><\/span>
\nMrs. Lafrance-Allaire\u2019s report included: Staff Shortages (efforts made to mitigate staff shortages), Good News Item (letter of appreciation received from family of former resident of St. Joseph\u2019s Villa) and Census Data. Also discussed:<\/p>\n

Corporate Policy to Review<\/u>
\nCorporate Policy #3-a-20 re Disagreement with Physician\u2019s \/ Nurse Practitioner\u2019s orders was approved as reviewed.<\/em><\/p>\n

COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING, FINANCE AND PERSONNEL RELATIONS COMMITTEE (CPFPRC)<\/u><\/strong><\/span>
\nFinancial Statements<\/u> \u2013 The Board of Directors approved the Financial Statements for the Periods Ending <\/em>31 August 2020<\/em> as presented.<\/p>\n

Management Fiduciary Statement<\/u> \u2013 The Board of Directors approved the Management Fiduciary Statement for August 2020<\/em>.<\/p>\n

AUXILIARY REPORT<\/u><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe Auxiliary Members are anxiously waiting to continue their fundraising efforts.<\/p>\n

PROFESSIONAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE<\/u><\/strong> <\/span>
\nApplication for N. M\u00e9nard<\/span> \u2013 The Board of Directors approved Dr. Nathalie M\u00e9nard\u2019s appointment to the Associate Staff.<\/p>\n

OTHER BUSINESS<\/u><\/strong><\/span>
\nOntario Hospital Association (OHA) Board Self-Assessment Tool<\/u> \u2013 The Board of Directors will participate in the self-assessment.<\/p>\n

ANNUAL WORKPLAN<\/u><\/strong><\/span> \u2013 The workplan for the month of October was reviewed.<\/p>\n
