BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES<\/b><\/span>
\nMore Than Words: Land Acknowledgements BY LEFFE<\/span><\/span> \u2013 Video was shared with everyone. It is a powerful video.<\/span><\/p>\n

ADMINISTRATION REPORT<\/b><\/span>
\nMrs. Lafrance-Allaire\u2019s report included:<\/span> COVID-19 Pandemic Response Visitor Policy, 125th Anniversary of Hotel Dieu Hospital (highlight in Standard Freeholder issue dated 17 June 2022), Kinsmen Club of Cornwall Donation (very generous donation of $11,000 in support of Hotel Dieu Hospital) and Census Data.<\/span><\/p>\n

QUALITY IMPROVEMENT (QI) \/ SAFETY COMMITTEE<\/b><\/span>
\nQuality Improvement Plan (QIP)<\/span><\/span> \u2013 Although QIPs are not mandatory for 2022-2023, St. Joseph\u2019s Continuing Care Centre will voluntarily submit their plans.<\/span><\/p>\n

COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING, FINANCE AND PERSONNEL RELATIONS COMMITTEE (CPFPRC<\/b>)<\/b><\/span>
\nFinancial Statements<\/span><\/i><\/span> \u2013 The Board of Directors approved the <\/span>Financial Statements for the Periods Ended 30 April and 31 May 2022 <\/span><\/i>as presented.<\/span><\/p>\n

Management Fiduciary Statement<\/span><\/i><\/span> \u2013 The Board of Directors approved the <\/span>Management Fiduciary Statement for April and May 2022.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

AUXILIARY REPORT<\/b><\/span>
\nThe Auxiliary donated $10,000 towards equipment needs and resident programs at St. Joseph\u2019s Continuing Care Centre. Mr. Desnoyers thanked the Auxiliary for their generous donation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A formal motion was made at the Auxiliary meeting to dissolve the Auxiliary by the year end of 2022. It is very sad to see the Auxiliary go. Hopefully some Auxiliary members will continue to volunteer at the Centre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE<\/b><\/span>
\nBoard Vacancies<\/span><\/span> \u2013 The Board of Directors accepted with regret Mr. Patel\u2019s resignation effective 20 June 2022.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There is now a vacant position on the Comprehensive Planning, Finance and Personnel Relations Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n

PUBLIC RELATIONS AND BRANDING COMMITTEE<\/b><\/span>
\nPolicy to be Reviewed<\/span><\/span> \u2013 The Board of Directors approved Board of Directors policy #2-a-40 re <\/span>Public Relations and Branding Committee<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n

OTHER BUSINESS<\/b><\/span>
\nStanding Item: <\/span>Annual Workplan<\/span><\/i><\/span> \u2013<\/span> The workplan for the month of June was reviewed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Standing Item: Policies to be Reviewed by the Board of Directors<\/span><\/span> \u2013 Reviewed.<\/span><\/p>\n
