\nPolicies to Review\/Revise<\/span><\/span> – The Board of Directors approved the Board of Directors policy #2-a-20 re <\/span>Quality Improvement \/ Safety Committee<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n

COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING, FINANCE AND PERSONNEL RELATIONS COMMITTEE (CPFPRC)<\/b><\/span>
\nFinancial Statements<\/span><\/i><\/span> – The Board of Directors approved the <\/span>Financial Statements for the Period Ending 31 October 2023 <\/span><\/i>as presented.<\/span><\/p>\n

Policies to Review<\/span><\/span> – The Board of Directors approved the following policies:<\/span><\/p>\n

Management Fiduciary Statement<\/span><\/i><\/span> – The Board of Directors approved the <\/span>Management Fiduciary Statement for October 2023.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE<\/b><\/span>
\nEthics and Mission Committee Theologian or Clergy Member <\/span><\/span>– The Board of Directors appointed Deacon Cote as the theologian\/clergy on the Ethics and Mission Committee.<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Update Terms of Reference in Bylaws<\/span> – The Board of Directors recommended to the <\/span>Members of the Corporation that the Administrative Bylaws be revised to read under the Quality Improvement\/Safety committee \u201cReports to the Board after each committee meeting with current information about services provided\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n
