Mrs. Lafrance-Allaire\u2019s report included:<\/span> French Language Service Remote Care Monitoring, <\/span>Management Goals, the Ministry of LTC Inspection Report and CARF Accreditation – QIP <\/span>Acknowledgement Good News Item (Cornwall Waterfest Dragon Boat Race was a success)\u00a0<\/span>and Census Data. Policy Approval<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Board of Directors approved Corporate policy #3-a-10 re <\/span>Complementary Services Offered <\/span><\/i>by Regulated Health Professionals (RHPs) Not Employed by St. Joseph\u2019s Continuing Care\u00a0<\/span><\/i>Centre<\/span><\/i> as revised.<\/span><\/p>\n

Resolution – French Language Designation<\/span><\/span> \u2013 The resolution for French Language Designation\u00a0<\/span>at St. Joseph\u2019s Continuing Care Centre has been approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING, FINANCE AND PERSONNEL RELATIONS COMMITTEE (CPFPRC)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Financial Statements<\/span><\/i><\/span> – The Board of Directors approved the <\/span>Financial Statement for the Period of July 2024 <\/span><\/i>as presented.<\/span><\/p>\n

Management Fiduciary Statements <\/span><\/i><\/span>– The Board of Directors approved the <\/span>Management Fiduciary Statement for July 2024.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Board of Directors – Interviews <\/span><\/span>– The Board of Directors recommended to the Members of the Corporation that Steph Sanborn and Mrs. Tessier be appointed to the Board of Directors for a term of 3 years.<\/span><\/p>\n
