The regular meeting of the Board of Directors was held on 04 November 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

ADMINISTRATION REPORT<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Ms. Lafrance\u2019s report included: Strategic Direction: Campus of Care Expansion – Strategic Partners Providing Community Housing, Expanding Remote Care Monitoring Horizons, Ministry of Long-Term Care Report, Strategic Plan 2025-2028, Strategic Priorities 2025-2026 Goals, Management Goals update – Q2 and Good News Item (The senior team, managers and supervisors participated in an Emotional Intelligence workshop) and Census Data. Also discussed:<\/span><\/p>\n

Strategic Plan 2025-2028 – Draft<\/span> – The Board reviewed the 2025\u20132028 Strategic Plan draft and proposed several amendments. The revised document will be presented for final approval at the next meeting.<\/p>\n

Strategic Priorities 2025-2026 Goals<\/span> – The goals for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 were presented and approved by the Board.<\/p>\n

Policy Approval<\/span><\/span> –\u00a0<\/span>The Board of Directors approved\u00a0 Corporate policy #3-a-25 re. <\/span>Resuscitative Intervention for Care at End of Life<\/span><\/i> as revised.<\/span><\/p>\n

COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING, FINANCE AND PERSONNEL RELATIONS COMMITTEE <\/b>(CPFPRC)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Financial Statements<\/span><\/i><\/span> \u2013 The Board of Directors approved the Financial Statements for the Period <\/span><\/i> Ending October 2025 as presented.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Management Fiduciary Statements<\/span><\/i><\/span> – The Board of Directors approved the Management Fiduciary <\/span> Statement for October 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

NEW BUSINESS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Educational Opportunities: AdvantAge Ontario LTC Board Governance Renewal<\/span><\/span> –\u00a0<\/span>The Board approved the renewal of the AdvantAge Ontario LTC Board Governance and Leadership <\/span> program at a reduced rate of $1,500.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

OTHER BUSINESS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Standing Item: <\/span>Annual Workplan<\/span><\/i><\/span> – The workplan for the month of November was reviewed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Standing Item: Policies to be Reviewed by the Board of Directors<\/span><\/span> – <\/span>Board of Directors policy #2-a-5 re. Board Membership<\/em> will be deleted from the manual, as the Board\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0Annual composition review makes a formal policy necessary.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
