Also discussed:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strategic Plan 2025-2028<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; The Board approved the Strategic Plan for 2025-2028.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hospital Parking Directive<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; The Board of Directors accepted the Hospital Attestation of Compliance\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with Hospital Parking Directive re 01 September 2024 &#8211; 31 August 2025 as presented.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>QUALITY IMPROVEMENT \/ SAFETY COMMITTEE<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Policy to Review\/Revise<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 The Board of Directors approved the Board of Directors policy #2-a-20 re. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quality Improvement \/ Safety Committee<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Patient\/Resident-to-staff appreciation program<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; The Board approved the launch of a new recognition initiative designed to allow patients and residents to formally acknowledge staff members for excellence in care.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quality Improvement and Safety Committee Workplan<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; A few additional changes were made to the Quality Improvement and Safety Committee workplan and approved by the Board of Directors.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING, FINANCE AND PERSONNEL RELATIONS COMMITTEE <\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>(CPFPRC)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Financial Statements<\/span><\/i><\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 The Board of Directors approved the Financial Statements for the Period <\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ending October 2025 as presented.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Management Fiduciary Statements<\/span><\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; The Board of Directors approved the Management Fiduciary <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Statement for October 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Policy to Review<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; The Board of Directors approved the Board of Directors policy 2-a-10 re. <\/span> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comprehensive Planning, Finance and Personnel Relations Committee<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as revised.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CPFPRC and Audit Committee Workplans<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0&#8211; The Board has approved the updated workplans <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for the CPFPRC and the Audit Committee workplans.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>PROFESSIONAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE (PAC) REPORT<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Automated Dispensing Medication Cabinets<\/span> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Centre has received new Automated Dispensing Medication Cabinets (ADMCs). The system <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will enhance medication security, improve narcotic accountability, and mitigate organizational risk <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">through detailed tracking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>PUBLIC RELATIONS AND BRANDING COMMITTEE<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Equity Statement<\/span> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-The Board approved an official Equity Statement affirming the organization\u2019s <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">commitment to fairness, respect, and inclusion.
