The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors was held on 03 February 2026.<\/p>\n

ADMINISTRATION REPORT<\/strong><\/span>
\nMs. Lafrance\u2019s report included: The Strategic Priority: Progressive Senior Care – AI – The Ontario Hospital Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Ministry of Long-Term Care Report for January 2026, Management Goals for Q3 and Good News Item (Lynn Fontaine received the Dr. Marie-France Rivard Fund Award for Geriatric Mental Health Care in Long-Term Care Homes) and Census Data. Also discussed:

\nThe Board of Directors approved the following policies as reviewed\/revised:<\/p>\n

– Board of Directors Policy #2-a-6 re Orientation Programme for Board Members
\nand Members of Board Committees
\n– Corporate Policy #3-a-20 re Disagreement with a Physician\u2019s \/ Nurse
\nPractitioner\u2019s Orders
\n– Corporate Policy #3-a-92 re Procurement Code of Ethics
\nCorporate Policy #3-a-91 re Corporate Procurement Policy is DEFERRED<\/p>\n

COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING, FINANCE AND PERSONNEL RELATIONS COMMITTEE <\/strong><\/span>(CPFPRC)<\/strong><\/span>
\nFinancial Statements<\/span> \u2013 The Board of Directors approved the Financial Statements for the Periods Ending 30 November 2025 and 31 December 2025 as presented.
\nManagement Fiduciary Statements<\/span> – The Board of Directors approved the Management Fiduciary Statements for November and December 2025.<\/p>\n

PROFESSIONAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE (PAC) REPORT<\/strong><\/span>
\nPolicy to Review<\/span>
\nThe Board of Directors approved Board of Directors policy #2-a-26 re Professional Advisory Committee as revised.<\/p>\n

GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

New Archbishop Representative<\/span> – The Governance committee has recommended Father Theodore Nnorom to the Board of Directors.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Board of Directors recommended to the Members of the Corporation the appointment of Father Theodore Nnorom as the new Archbishop’s Representative.<\/p>\n

Mission Statement<\/span> – The mission statement has been revised and recommended to the Catholic Health International (CHI) for final approval.<\/p>\n

OTHER BUSINESS<\/strong><\/span>
\nStanding Item: Annual Workplan<\/span> – The workplan for the month of February was reviewed.
\nStanding Item: Policies to be Reviewed by the Board of Directors<\/span> – Reviewed<\/p>\n
