Also discussed:<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Policy Approval<\/span><br \/>\nThe Board of Directors approved the following policies as reviewed\/revised:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Board of Directors Policy #2-a-6 re Orientation Programme for Board Members<br \/>\nand Members of Board Committees<br \/>\n&#8211; Corporate Policy #3-a-20 re Disagreement with a Physician\u2019s \/ Nurse<br \/>\nPractitioner\u2019s Orders<br \/>\n&#8211; Corporate Policy #3-a-92 re Procurement Code of Ethics<br \/>\nCorporate Policy #3-a-91 re Corporate Procurement Policy is DEFERRED<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING, FINANCE AND PERSONNEL RELATIONS COMMITTEE <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>(CPFPRC)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Financial Statements<\/span> \u2013 The Board of Directors approved the Financial Statements for the Periods Ending 30 November 2025 and 31 December 2025 as presented.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Management Fiduciary Statements<\/span> &#8211; The Board of Directors approved the Management Fiduciary Statements for November and December 2025.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>PROFESSIONAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE (PAC) REPORT<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Policy to Review<\/span><br \/>\nThe Board of Directors approved Board of Directors policy #2-a-26 re Professional Advisory Committee as revised.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">New Archbishop Representative<\/span> &#8211; The Governance committee has recommended Father Theodore Nnorom to the Board of Directors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Board of Directors recommended to the Members of the Corporation the appointment of Father Theodore Nnorom as the new Archbishop&#8217;s Representative.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mission Statement<\/span> &#8211; The mission statement has been revised and recommended to the Catholic Health International (CHI) for final approval.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>OTHER BUSINESS<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Standing Item: Annual Workplan<\/span> &#8211; The workplan for the month of February was reviewed.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Standing Item: Policies to be Reviewed by the Board of Directors<\/span> &#8211; Reviewed<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">The next regular Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 03 March 2026 at 1200 hours via videoconference.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>REPORT FROM THE BOARD The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors was held on 03 February 2026.
