REPORT FROM THE BOARD<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors was held on 07 April 2026. The <\/span>scheduled March meeting of the Board of Directors did not officially convene as a quorum was\u00a0 <\/span>not reached. To address immediate operational needs, all urgent and time-sensitive documents\u00a0<\/span>and resolutions were transitioned to the Executive Committee for review and approval.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mrs. Lafrance\u2019s report included: Progressive Senior Care – Next Generation of Care – The NP\u00a0<\/span>Model, Enhancement Within a Transformative Era – Welbi, Resident Engagement AI platform,\u00a0<\/span>Strategic Direction: Campus of Care Expansion: Strategic Partners Providing Community\u00a0<\/span>Housing, Ministry of LTC Inspection Report and Good News Item (<\/span>Lights of Hope fundraising\u00a0<\/span>closed at $60,231<\/span>) and Census Data.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Progressive Senior Care – AI- The Ontario Hospital Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Strategic Direction: Campus of Care Expansion – Expanding RCM Horizons, Provincial Budget Highlights 2026, NP Placement Experience\u00a0 and Good News Item (Annual Service Awards Ceremony was held March 31, 2026 and honoured 46 staff members ) and Census Data.
