REPORT FROM THE BOARD<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors was held on 25 June 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

SPECIAL PRESENTATION – ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) PRESENTATION<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

A new healthcare leadership course was presented on governance, ethics, risk, and change\u00a0<\/span>management over technical skills. A supporting governance framework\u2014featuring risk triage, privacy\u00a0<\/span>templates, AI tracking, and incident reporting\u2014will be submitted for senior management approval this\u00a0<\/span>fall.<\/span><\/p>\n

ADMINISTRATION REPORT<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Ms. Lafrance\u2019s report included: <\/span>Hospital Service Accountability Agreement (HSAA) – Article 8 –\u00a0<\/span><\/i>Form of Compliance Declaration<\/span><\/i> and Good news Item (SJCCC welcomed new inductees into\u00a0<\/span>our annual 90\u2019s and 100\u2019s Club) and Census Data. Also discussed.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Board of Directors approved the signature for HSAA Article 8 \u2013 Declaration of Compliance\u00a0<\/span>form.<\/span><\/p>\n
