Your Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking individuals who are ready to lead with integrity. Your core duties will include:
- Mission-Driven Governance: Lead with purpose, ensuring every decision aligns with the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Centre.
- Active Stewardship: Act as a faithful steward of our resources, ensuring the long-term sustainability and health of the organization.
- Committee Leadership: Bring your real-world expertise by actively participating on various committees (e.g., Finance, Quality, Governance).
- Policy Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our Bylaws and Policies to ensure the Centre operates at the highest legal and ethical standards.
- Accountability: Ensure the Centre remains accountable to our residents and patients, their families, our staff, and the broader community.
