A message from our Executive Director:
In 2025, St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre celebrated 128 years of healthcare service in Cornwall and area. During the fall, our Senior Administration, Board of Directors, and partners met to discuss the future of St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre. Our Strategic Plan was developed based on the needs of our residents, patients, staff, and community members. 
Below you will find our Strategic Plan for the three years 2025-28. Four goals have been identified, including Progressive Senior Care, Magnet Employer 2.0, and Campus of Care Expansion.
We continue to adapt and grow while providing the best care possible to our residents and patients. We are proud of the work we have been able to accomplish all these years and continue to support our Mission in the spirit of our founders.
