Lynn Theriault has been a dedicated member of St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre for 16 years, serving as the Chief Nursing Executive. She oversees all aspects of resident and patient care, including staffing, performance management, and conflict resolution. Before joining SJCCC, Lynn worked as a Registered Nurse in the community sector and as an Occupational Health Nurse with Kraft Canada.

A proud graduate of St. Lawrence College in Cornwall, Lynn holds both a Nursing Diploma and an Occupational Health Nurse Diploma. Born and raised in Cornwall, she is married and the proud mother of two daughters, both in healthcare. Lynn recently became a grandmother to two granddaughters born just ten days apart. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and is currently planning a dream trip to Italy.
