Troy was born in Cornwall at Hotel Dieu Hospital and raised in Summerstown. He is a proud graduate of Char-Lan District High School and pursued post-secondary education at Laurentian University, earning an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration – Accounting, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and his CPA designation.

Troy currently serves as the Director of Finance, where he oversees the finance function of the organization with a commitment to integrity, accuracy, and strategic oversight. Outside of work, Troy leads an active lifestyle and enjoys cycling, boating, skiing, golfing, making maple syrup, kickboxing, and cutting wood.
